By pursuing a strong culture for values and living by our Institutions´ Philosophy, at Compartamos Banco we offer our clients a great service, with each of our employees showing great passion to serve the client day after day.

At Compartamos Banco, the Person is the main value and the ultimate objective of all our actions.

The Training Center, located at the Corporate Office, and the External Training Centers, are used to provide courses and workshops to our employees with the aim of training and developing accomplished integral persons who comply with the demands of the actual market.

The Person is the principal value of all six institutional values. We consider the Person as our main value and ultimate objective of our actions. We know that the person is unique and unrepeatable and therefore conscious of personal activities and capable of self-determination. The Person has absolute value in itself. This is why at Compartamos Banco we respect the dignity of the person, the rights of the individual, and we provide the means at our disposal to help him or her achieve self-realization.

This conviction creates the induction to the Institution of new employees, their continuous and integral formation, institutional communication based on values, professional projection among others. We also do a series of actions, initiatives and projects that help us to be congruent with our mission, vision and values.
