Compartamos´s  Philosophy articulates our way of thinking and acting. It is contained in our Ethics and Conduct Code, which is the tool that we use to communicate our philosophy and lists the guidelines to live and protect it.

The Compartamos´s Philosophy is comprised of the following:
1. Mission, Vision and Values.
2. Conduct code, those behaviors that encourage healthy relationships.
3. Means of reporting non-compliance with the standards of conduct.
