Its use, reproduction, trade, diffusion, exploitation, exhibition, publicity and in general, any type of usage whether identical or with a degree of direct or indirect confusion, total or partial, by any printed, magnetic, optical, computer, mechanical or electronic means, or any other type, is strictly forbidden without prior authorization in writing from the brand owner; therefore, any violation of the present provision or of the intellectual and industrial property or copyright represents a direct offense that shall be penalized by the corresponding laws.
