5 years ago, Mrs. Francisca was curious. She learned how to handle polypropylene. Her brother handled the business. She started without anything and had to invest in machinery in order to offer her work to customers.

The main advantage of the business is to do a proper job of preventing pollution of make the powder made from plastic. Her business helps in the care of the enviroment, recycling all types of plastic. She also supports her community. When the workload increases considerably, she creates temporary employment for people in the community.

"I attribute the success of the business to hard work and achieving our monthly goals", Francisca tells us.

Her future plans are to buy an injector to develop new products and open more stores. The plans also include training herself and her employees on issues related to the business and to bring their products to other places such as Apizaco, Tlaxcala and Puebla.

Francisca tells us: "Thanks to the loans from Compartamos Banco, I can give my children better education, and make home improvements, such as placing tiles in the bedrooms”.
