The Board has delegated in the Risk Committee to implement, maintain and keep under review the Remuneration System, its main objective is to performance of operations complies with the objetives, policies and procedures for the integral risk management previously approved by the Board.The Remuneration System considers the inherent risks in the activities performed by people subject to the Remuneration System, policies and procedures, as well as any modifications to previously approved by the Board.
The Risk Committee meets every month and verifies quarterly if the Remuneration System operates according to the guidelines set forth in the General Provisions Applicable to Credit Institutions. |
