The remuneration system considers all collaborators assigned to business units identified as risk takers, collaborators in the Risk Management Unit and in Internal Contol area. In this way the ordinary and extraordinary compensation, of collaborators depends on the achievement of its objetives consistent with a reasonable risk taking.

 

The Board has delegated in the Risk Committee to implement, maintain and keep under review the Remuneration System, its main objective is to performance of operations complies with the objetives, policies and procedures for the integral risk management previously approved by the Board.The Remuneration System considers the inherent risks in the activities performed by people subject to the Remuneration System, policies and procedures, as well as any modifications to previously approved by the Board.

The Risk Committee meets every month and verifies quarterly if the Remuneration System operates according to the guidelines set forth in the General Provisions Applicable to Credit Institutions.

The Risk Management Unit (RMU) generates documentary information that allows review of the Remuneration System which includes monitoring key risk indicators (KRI). The RMU identifies, measures, monitors and reports to the Risk Committee the risks from the performance of the activities of collaborators subject to the Remuneration System. The Audit Committee prepares and submits to the Board an annual report on performance considering the Remuneration System balance between the risks assumed and the applicable salaries, and a description of the events that resulted in adjustments to the Remuneration System.
