In this section you will find information as to when the company releases information on Corporation Restructurings, as per Article 35, Section I of the Circular Única.

On the business day following the publication of the invitation to the Shareholders’ Meeting, the company will publish a document about the restructuring(s), which includes all of the necessary information that will allow shareholders to make an informed decision.
