Our 2014 Annual and Sustainability Report, which includes information from January to December of the same year, comprises all our operations in all business units. This year there existed a re-statement of the social responsibility fund’s information and measurement of beneficiaries. They are classified by scope –beneficiaries who participate in projects aiming to reach a great range of people in the shortest period of time through a direct operation form us or an NGO– and by depth –in which a long term commitment is establish to collaborate with beneficiaries, granting them a product to achieve a previously determined change–.
